Throughout the 100 days, we will share videos and other resources to give parents and educators ideas on enjoying learning with children, teens, and adults. We encourage parents and educators to review our daily shares and use the information in ways that work for them. Ananth will be sharing his current explorations as well as past explorations to provide resources for parents and educators with children of different ages and at different stages of development.
Thank you Lavanya for your explorations of the material created by Ujwal anna and Ananth anna. We enjoy watching your videos and Look forward to seeing more videos in the future!
From Silence Blossoms Speech
We call our language arts explorations "From Silence to Speech" to draw attention to the notion that working on a quieter mind and communication together is very effective for Ananth. While we have worked on language and communication for decades, we are beginners in working explicitly on inner silence and communication jointly! We have now started integrating tools and techniques that we have learned over more than 20 years in our "From Silence Blossoms Speech" project.
Daily Rhythms and Learning
Today, Ramana Maharshi life and teachings play an important role in organizing our daily rhythms. Language learning and all other learning experiences are grounded in healthy daily rhythms. Our daily rhythms are organized by the Six Ss shown on the bottom part of the vision board: 1. Smile Brightly and Dance, 2. Soothing chants, 3. Silence, 4. Storytelling, 5. Surrender and 6. Self-inquiry.
Read about our daily rhythms on Rama's blog on SpecialSaathi.
